Our Horses

We're mighty proud of our remuda

of more than 120 head of pure-bred, registered American Quarter Horses. Most of which have been bred here at the ranch and professionally trained to ride smooth and respond to riders of all abilities.

During the spring, our upper meadow is the nursery for the brood mares and their newborn colts. It's also a favorite place to watch the foals frolicking and to take pictures.

Horses are assigned to guests for the duration of their stay, so that riders (and horses) can become acquainted with each other; forming a bond to ensure enjoyable horseback riding in Colorado.
